Friggin Burst of Aggresion with only few seconds of 33 ias was enough to make SP sins overpowered.
Now we have ~9s of ias, refreshable. And with way of perfection in it.

Why less health lost if you miss? 10 seconds to hit a critical is a long time IMO

You could maintain it 100%

How bout you have a Chance of Attacking Slower but hit Multiple Enemies^ ^.

It's like Auto Death Blossom, Well nerfed by Attacking Slower and it's just a Chance ^ ^.
